"colonial/Victorian beautiful home inside and out. the peacock met us on the front porch and also let us feed him bre"

really close to where we wanted to be. the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. the owners were great and really accommodating. the area was really a great location right on the water. we had everything we needed and the food was terrific!!

there was alot of steps up to the second floor but once you got up there it was all worth it.

Elegance, comfort, roominess, friendly chef talented host, and her interesting sea captain hubby, peacock, geese, cats, ducks, fresh eggs, international guests, comfortable bed, large veranda.

Our Google Maps were either not receiving or inaccurate at times.

Wonderful experience. We left feeling happy and uplifted by such a welcome and constant positive atmosphere. The breakfast was totally first class, the room enormous and comfortable.

Very comfortable room. In a picturesque setting on the water. Mire options for breakfast than I expected from fruit to omelets to breakfast burritos. Homemade sourdough bread!

I didn't have the time I would have liked to just hang out on the property and enjoy it...I wish I had had an extra day to spend that...but that was my bad luck.

"We will come again and then we will stay longer than just one night!"

It’s located directly on the sound. From our balcony we could see the sunrise and the peacock who is living there. Our host Pat was awesome. She prepared a lovely breakfast/lunch for us even though we had to leave very early to catch the ferry.

The breakfast fist was phenomenal, salmon omelette, homemade fig, jam, potatoes, blackberries, strawberries, bacon, wonderful coffee, absolutely amazing!!!! Absolutely wonderful folks easy to hang out with down to earth very kind…. Thx you for everything!!

"Home away from home"

We recently stayed for one night in the room with private bathroom and deck overlooking the water. The facilities were lovely and was like a home away from. The host, Pat, was super friendly and keen to hear about our travels. Absolutely amazing breakfast was included. Lovely location in a quiet street. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.
