Everything. The home, the setting. And Pat is a wonderful hostess. Breakfast menu more than met our wants. Very friendly to our pet, Tinkerbelle. Tink felt at home. Pat's cat, Oreo, loved to play with our Tinkerbell. Everyone was happy

Comfort, homey vibes and happy energy. The people (and the pets!) were so kind and fun. We felt right at home and wish we could have stayed longer! The space was comfortable and accommodating.

Location was exceptional surrounded by water & nature but Breakfast had an enormous array of variety from choices of pastries ,fruit , bread ,jellies , m& m’s and a made to order menu of egg delicacies with bacon .. awesome welcoming hostess

Excellent breakfast. Clean, quiet, good bed, lots of amenities. Water views. All just as advertised.

As an older person, the stairs were a bit challenging. Our room was across the hall and had no shower.
