"Best breakfast I have ever had"

A beautiful home overlooking the outer banks water built by the owner’s family. It has a huge lawn with a pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower and all kinds of birds (including a peacock!). The bed is large and super comfortable and you’ll have your own bathroom and balcony too. Patt (Oma 🥰) is the most generous and kind host and is a phenomenal cook! She’ll tell you her life story and discuss all kinds of things over her delicious, homemade breakfast that will keep you full until dinner!!! It’s rare when you’re travelling on a budget to stay somewhere genuinely nice - I have never felt so relaxed on a holiday. This place is such a hidden gem I want to keep it all to myself! So go show Oma some love for me!

This place has a wonderful breakfast and nice views. Very friendly people. The host left out snacks and waters for the customers. We plan to visit again one day.

"Home away from home"

We had such a wonderful experience. The view of the water is amazing. We loved all the animals we got to see and spend time with, especially Oreo the cat and Thomas the peacock! It was so relaxing to sit on our balcony with our pups and enjoy the coastal breeze. Can’t say enough about our hosts Pat and Terrell. So friendly and welcoming. We had an amazing made to order breakfast with even better conversation. We felt like we were visiting old friends and felt right at home. We hope to visit again!

"Comfy and homey B&B"

Breakfast and “better than hotel” options. Animals were a cool addition. Outside birds and indoor cats. Just not in the rooms for rent. Easy check in and out. Comfy and homie feel. Great location for anything “Down East” Will stay here again.
