Room was not great. Mattress and pillows was shit and I asked them to fix or change the room but didn’t. Toilet was dirty and average. No hot kettle and door Matt. No slipper no complimentary water.

VERY COOPERATIVE STAFF, NICE FOOD, NICE ROOM AND GOOD LOCATION....! I WOULD LIKE TO STAY AHEAD WHEN WILL BE IN DELHI..... GREAT STAY AND SUPPORTIVE STAFF.... OVERALL EXCELLENT STAY AND APPRECIATED THEIR SUPPORT.....!

The Room

Staff was not cooperative also the house keeping and pantry part was also not good..... nobody cared for the facilities to be provided. Several calls need to be made for the service.

Nothing. The location is fine if you need to be close to the airport. It is 400 rupees for them to drive you.

I honestly do not even know where to begin with this review. I have actually never complained at a hotel before, but this was exceptionally bad. To begin, the cleanliness was not okay whatsoever. In the photos you can see that the sheets were extremely dirty, as well as each chair that had stains that were fresh. In addition, the photo of the window is when it was 9:00pm, and completely dark, where the shades do not fully shut even for privacy. The video illustrates how loud the AC is. There was also black mould all over the bathroom. There was zero hot water, and when I let the hotel know, they brought someone in who wore their shoes in the bathroom, tracking mud everywhere and making it even dirtier. When I asked if they could take their shoes off, they responded and said wait 20 minutes for water and walked on the bathmat and out of the room. Even after 30 minutes, there was no hot water. I let reception know of everything going on that night, and nobody followed up or communicated with me. It was difficult as I did not have a choice really on anywhere else to stay as my flight was the next day. When I went to check out and had to pay, I brought up all of the concerns to the manager. Absolutely none of them were addressed, where I even asked: how would you feel if you came to a property and this is how it was? Instead of answering, he just passed me the card machine and made me pay for my stay, as well as my ride to the airport. When I asked to speak to someone higher up if possible, he took my bags, took me outside, and put them in the cab and closed the door and walked away. I am most definitely complaining to booking.com and will also look into disputing the charge. Do NOT stay here. There were also bugs within the room and bathroom. I’m really disappointed as well at the customer service that was honestly horrendous.
