The flush was not working..the hotel staff mentioned they would send a plumber but that never came.

The staff was polite and helpful. Room service food was good an tasty. Room size was gud, clean an large, with tea/ coffee essentials, and soap/shampoo/ toilet roll. Located close to airport in mahipalpur.( Nex to Raddison Blu) Ideal for the price.

No view from the window as it faces another building, but that's not so important.

Rooms are such a clean and comfortable staffs are so caring and friendly rooms service is really best checkin and check-out process are so smooth I suggested to my friend and family. Food is also good.

Located at a prime area with easy accessibility the food is amazing the staff is helpful and proactive the hotel is very aesthetic room are comfortable, clean with running hot water.

The manager at the hotel refused to accept any booking made through this app and no support was given by the app support too. This app is no help when it comes to booking or reserving hotel

The hotel is great very nice service staff are well trained and welcoming we felt safe here they have good security system. The stay is an overall experience will choose it again.
