ATThe staff were nice and handled every request responsibly. Breakfast was average, neither good nor bad. The location was good, just 3 minutes from Jomhury Street and Van Mall.
Our first room was in very poor condition. There was a noise coming from the lamp, and the bed was not clean. We asked to be moved to a second room because there was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom. Even though it was winter, we had to keep the window open just to be able to stay in the room. The second room was better, but the smell was still there, and the issue was never resolved.

TRbreakfast was good and worth the price
The shower head was damaged, and despite repeatedly asking them to fix it, nothing was done. Eventually, we removed it ourselves, handed it to them, and they bought a new one, which we also had to install on our own. Additionally, the bed was very uncomfortable — after just two nights, we all experienced back pain.
