AUI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
HUGreat quality compared to the other hotels in the city. Staff was very friendly, and ordered my a taxi on my last day. They don't speak English but with live translation we could discuss everything. The location is very good, close to the malls and other hotels.
The bathroom has some flaws, and not so appealing in the corners, also the water from the shower is leaking through under the window, which caused little trouble when I noticed that everything was in water outside the shower. Also, I booked a room with a king size bed, but instead I got a room with two single beds. I didn't complain but worth noting.

FRThe location is very good - close to the city centre but in a calm street. The staff was very ncie. The breakfast was big, a lot of choices and very good. The room is spacious, clean, with very comfortable beds.
No door to the shower so the water is everywhere and you have to wait before going to the toilet. The breakfast was supposed to start at 7 and we had an early flight but nothing was ready at 7.
GREverything was perfect-room totally clean, superb bathroom, air-conditioning and soft towels. The breakfast was freshly prepared and though it didn't offer great variety, everything was delicious and homemade.
No downside, everything was amazing.

ATVery much in the center of Van. Helpful staff and nice, freshly made breakfast. Prices are very reasonable and the room is really clean!
The rooms are quite small, but I did fit in :)
