Dal's Transient

Location was too far off from the tourist spots. Taxi and Grab not really familiar with the Transient

Host were no where to be found, not accommodating as what has been said on the reviews.

Transient is near to Baguio's Tourist Spots

The stairs is so steep and narrow. Prone to accident.

The property was easy to find Staff was accommodating.. All we need is provided n place is very clean .

Only we are put under / basement . As most of us are senior we find it very difficult to climb the stairs ..

The space of the room

No water to drink, no utensil...

I like it that the owner gave us a kilo of rice.

First, When we were about to cook We found moulded rice in the rice cooker that was left 3days from the previous stay. That we realized that the room was not checked and properly clean before we stay. Beddings looks unhygienic aswell and the heater in the bathroom doesnt function in addition to that bathroom window is broken that means we can feel the cold from outside though it was covered with plastic garbage bag only. Flush is also not working properly. Television is not working too and The owner said that someone stole the remote and that we cannot use it.

Location was great. It is near Bell Church.

The owner is very nice
