"Moldy property but friendly owner"

1. Friendly owner/ proprietor. The property is at the boundary of La Trinidad and Baguio City, perfect for our conference in La Trinidad and night outs in Baguio. 2. The owner provided free drinking water and garbage bags.

1. There was a leak at tha ceiling of Room #2. Two dripping points. Very unsightly and hassle to clean (there's a bucket ready for it). 2. Cabinets are moldy and the cushions and some blankets a bit itchy. Maybe next time, thorough cleaning should be done prior to allowing tourists to stay in the place.

The property was very nice. Also ate Brenda and Family is so accommodating. She also offer to tour us in Baguio. Webecame friend’s with her niece too 🫶🏻🫶🏻
