Manager Hanuman Lal was courteous and helpful. Room was good. Lift made climbing easy.

There could have been a mat at bath entrance

Spacious rooms, we reached there very late and left very early as well. Can't comment much about it except , car parking facilities are good and reasonably new building with clean rooms.

Staff only speak Hindi, we reached late so couldn't meet the reception staff, they might be able to converse in English. No onsite restaurant, staff directed as to the take away flyers. For check out we need to pay cash as well no Card payment facilities.

Kitchen was limited and many things had to be ordered from outside via hotel staff.

The room was quite big and was basic. The staff were very attentive and polite. They also gave us extra time post check out time. Loved their food, it was awesome. Home cooked food without onion, garlic etc. Totally worth dining there. The owner Hanuman Lal was polite and always ready to assist.

The washroom was bit smelly and a bit outdated. Absolutely No view from any rooms as its been surrounded by tall buildings No Shampoo, or conditioner provided. Insects and spiders spotted in the room The lane to this hotel is very narrow and congested. There were paan stains on the wall of the room. No TV was provided in my room

This place is one of the best place in gaya. The facilities and staff is too good. I recommend you to select this stay.
