Clean and Spacious rooms. Friendly staff.

Facilities require some maintenance.

Breakfast was almost a full spread, although more skewed towards Indian snacks than western breakfast options although the staff got me a black coffee and sunny side up as requested.

At every moment when I needed something at the hotel, I was charged then and there rather than being added to the room's final amount. I had let them known in advance that I was visiting BG only because I was in Gaya already. It was just a 1 day and 2 nights stay at the hotel. They charged me extra amount, for a slightly earlier check-in despite giving them an advance notification (and them not telling me that there will be extra charges). I booked the room with Breakfast included so that's fine but they charged me on the spot for lunch and dinner which was a bit inconvenient despite requesting them if they could add them to the room's final amount. Overall the staff needs a lot of training about guest service and treating.

Excellent ambiance, friendly and courteous staff, tasty food, great service. Kudos to Mr. Hanuman Lal, he's extremely professional. Highly recommended!
