IN A REMOTE PLACE THE FACILITIES WERE EXCEPTIONAL

Loved the ambience, comfort and overall experience of this place.

The location is not very apt as shown in the pictures, there is no view from most of the rooms. The cook in the property is not trained there is so scope of improvement in that area.

Pet friendly place including the cafe. Charming and cozy cafe that begs you to slow down and enjoy the moments.

Could not get the breakfast since they said kitchen staff comes not before 9:30 am. Obviously I could not wait since I had to check out and move to next destination. Very slow food service in their cafe. Min 40 mins for anything you order. No water given in the room when we checked in. These little misses add up and lead to disappointment. Checking out was a big headache. Took them 40 mins to give me the bill amount and I kept waiting standing outside. Serious lack of professional service.

Had a wonderful time at Hiraeth, Shantanu was very helpful and friendly. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Too expensive for the prize. There was not even a bottle of water provided. Food was ok with little salt. The location was good but needs to develop more infrastructure. The cafe was excellent. The owner shantanu was very helpful. Clearly he would provide lots of information.
