The room was spacious and clean and comfy.

Aircond was not cold and called the room service to check on it and it was not cold at all,still the same

Water smells like drainage, cockroach

Room was not properly clamed at on the first day and we have to get them to redo The Safety box was not functioning and even after repotting it was not attended. On the day of departure, we left prior to break fast time and requested for packed breakfast but they failed to provide

The staff were not too accommodating

Stuffy and not too happy with the room

清潔でスタッフはとても親切でした。朝食は美味しかった

スタッフ間の引き継ぎがあまり確実ではなかったようです。
