Traumatic experience! The glass shower door in the bathroom shattered while I was in the shower, causing bleeding injuries. The frame fell on my foot causing sever pain and swelling. Hotel staff were unprepared and management took no accountability. When I lodged a formal complain with a video of the shattered glasses and the blood on the floor the hotel management responded with "....we are unable to accept responsibility or offer compensation...." taking no accountability. I wouldn't even rate this hotel as one star - Poor maintenance, zero empathy, and unsafe conditions. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Stay dates: 3rd-8th July 2025. Room # 309

Sehr schöne Bar in der 5 Etage mit Blick über die Stadt und einem Außenbereich zum Rauchen. Gute Getränke und Speiseauswahl. Günstige Alternative für Städtetrip.

Location and quality. The room extension was very easy and professional.

The reception staff at night needs more training. The word welcome was necessary when receiving a guest. Check -in time shouldn't exceed 5 minutes. All info should be given during check-in.

I am a regular customer here to book in this hotel when ever I come to Chennai and the hospitality is really good and the stay is really good

By mistake I have booked the wrong check in time thinking it’s 12 am check in but then the staff said ur check in time is for tomorrow and the hotel didn’t have any spare room to give me on spot … not sure how far its true and at the midnight around 1 am I had to find other hotels to stay for that night … its sooo ridiculous how come a hotel doesn’t have any spare room to ur guests when I have already pre booked it .. the management needs to action this very seriously

The person from the restaurant Mr Vaithyanathan was very humble and polite.he made the stay very pleasant .and the lady staff s in the reception are very helpfull..

The bath fittings are not upto the standards..
