Good place to stay

I liked the room and the location. Good rates and facilities.

The receptionist didn't welcome at all. It seems like I have lost the way to the property. Check-in time is more than 5 minutes because booking was not made in the system by the staff. Required training.

Location was good

We were on level 1 and we could hear the music all night from rooftop bar. Bathroom had mould. Breakfast was ordinary. Toast but no spreads. Staff would log on wifi for us but wouldn’t tell us codes

Room Space and washroom area are good.

Service is very slow. Lift is also very slow. Smoking rooms not available, atleast floor wise one dedicated place should be there like in other hotels. WiFi not working. Power cuts in between. Small brush and paste are required.

The location is just perfect. The staff were very helpful polite and exuberant. Room size was good.

This property has been recently refurbished, yet the the bathrooms were a tad tired looking. Sanitation could be improved.

Location and breakfast was excellent

I liked the breakfast and were courteous to upgrade to suite without asking and the front office and the support team was courteous
