Poor internet Mosquitoes in room and in reception area toilet shower room not very clean

Toilet shower not clean below average and smell very poor internet mosquito in room and reception area canteen is not very well organised only one key for the room we are two people staying

Breakfast options are very limited, mostly similar every day.

Excellent location near a major shopping area. The suite was very roomy and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options and you could also order eggs and Dosa.

We received multiple phone calls during the night, making it impossible to get a proper sleep. Disconnect the phone line before going to sleep. The A/C remotes were not working and it was impossible to regulate or turn them off. It took almost an hour for them to find working remotes and it got really late and tiring.

They upgraded us to a suite from a superior room !! great staff and service

SERVICE AND PROPERTY IS GOOD

Location is great, comfortable

Housekeeping could have been better; wifi can be better, especially the smart TV depends on the bandwidth to load all programs and every two minutes it waits for loading, so a two hour movie can be 5 hrs
