windows wouldn't open. unbearably hot

The location is excellent.

The property didn’t remotely match the photos on the website. It was very unclean. The portable fan was ineffective. The shower didn’t drain. The mattress on one of the beds was longer than the bed frame so it went up at the end with your feet higher than your head. The lift was broken (but the staff did help get our bags to the third floor). The check in process is tricky given you can’t even access the property without the code and reception was boarded up when you did get in. When we did finally find a staff member they were friendly.

Location close to the Eastbourne seafront.

Property was in very poor condition - the lift did not work, rooms were very hot with no fans, carpets in urgent need of replacement and rubbish needed to be cleared from corridors. Very limited staff presence.

The Lift was out of action The rooms were looking tired There was no=one on duty in the mornings.

A very convenient location for the Tennis, which was the main purpose of our trip. Although the hotel has limited facilities and is bit frayed around the edges, the room itself was spacious, airy and equipped with a fridge and a fan, which was very welcome given the unusually hot weather!

Lift not working, carpets very worn and could have done with a TV & some ‘shop’ facilities in the communal area so that we could watch the World Cup & have a drink with friends as the local pubs were packed for the England game!
