I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the staff was not particularly friendly or polite, and they insisted on payment upfront at check-in. The only accepted payment methods were local credit cards or cash in Indian rupees, which meant I had to immediately go out and exchange money just to get settled. The staffโs attitude was quite unwelcoming, and the biggest issue was the extremely hard mattresses throughout the hotel. I couldnโt sleep on them, and eventually, I had to leave. Getting a refund was not straightforward, and had I not booked through Booking.com, I likely wouldnโt have gotten my money back. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

ININI had booked a normal room for myself, but to my surprise, they upgraded me to a better room at the same price. Staff were nice and service was good too
