CZIn beginning we were dealing with overbooking - it was told to me that they tried to contact me on the mobile phone, but no reaction because I was abroad, but on my side there were no missed calls nor messages. At the end we discussed that and I hope they will deal with foreigners and people physically outside the India better next time, because overbooking in general is major red flag. However at the end I got a room in the top floor which was under the construction, so I have to admire the flexibility. Place is also in walkable distance to the airport
Bed was to hard. Also the area is quite loud in general, so it would help to have better acustic insulation
