Amazing property in a great location - wonderful host and very comfortable rooms. Room 7 was perfect and highly recommend - enjoyed our stay here in Condessa more than Roma Norte

The apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood, close to parks, food stores, and restaurants. It was adequately furnished and equipped. Loved having two full bathrooms and a large terrace. Good washer/dryer. The doorman always seemed to be around.

No air conditioning, so depending on the time of year it could be intolerable. There is a nightclub nearby that plays loud music into the early morning hours on Saturday night. The photos on the booking site are an amalgamation of a number of suites in the building, so the suite you get may not be like the photos. There is a Nespresso machine, but it uses the large pods which are difficult to find. It would have been nice to have a few pods for the first morning of our stay.

Property location is great, spacious apartment, safe building, good kitche and fridge. Elevator if you need to carry stuff upstairs. Quiet room to sleep.

Internet was acting up and very slow or none existing many times during my stay. Needs minimal cleaning supplies to maintain the apartment.
