The location is amazing, there's lots of great restaurants, cafes, taquerias as well as the park in walking distance. The apartment itself is very modern, super spacious, and the hosts were very helpful. We felt very safe the whole time as there is someone downstairs by the gate at all times.

There was one day where the water stopped running in the building, however they were able to fix it within an hour or two. The wifi doesn't work in the bedrooms, but is fine in the living room.

Que me avisan por WhatsApp a las 21,00 hs (6 hs después que teníamos permitido el cheekin) que el departamento no se podía ocupar, porque encontraron insectos (inchequeable el motivo) y mi familia estaba con el equipaje, en la noche, en una ciudad que no conocían, sin que se le permitieran alojarse en otro departamento en el mismo lugar y yo sin poder avisarles del cambio de situación porque estaba en vuelo cuando el mensaje lo manda el encargado (Edgar) a mi teléfono comunicando la cancelación de esa reserva en el lugar y dando otras opciones posibles de alojamiento en otro lugar de la ciudad, lo que le implicó a mi familia además de la incertidumbre de no saber que resolver ante la sorpresa, el costo e incomodidad del traslado a otro lugar, que desconocían si era de la misma calidad o no del contratado y pagado. Un horror

The loft apartment has a large terrace that overlooks the treed, relatively quiet street. Perfect for enjoying breakfast, a snack and/or a drink. Location is great. Or, you could just lounge in the sun, listen to the birds, or watch the tree canopy. The streets here still maintain some bohemic and traditional ways of life. Pleasant to walk around and enjoy the places, people, food, or shops.

The property was great. I could not have asked for more. If you’re asking me to nitpick…I’d say that some door/window hardware needed maintenance/repairs. Nothing important, though.

El piso es precioso, espacioso, cómodo. La ubicación es perfecta. La comunicación con el personal fue impecable.

Absolutely best place I’ve ever stayed in CDMX. Location is perfect (lovely Condesa neighborhood). Lots of bars, restaurants and stores next door. Quiet, Safe. Apartment is big, clean and modern. Will definitely come back for a longer stay.
