Large apartment,plenty of space in rooms, closets, kitchen and living room. Has inside laundry mahcines. Safe building, quiet rooms at night.

Some items in the units are outdated and need replacement or maintnance. Lack of air conditioning in rooms only fans and portable heaters depending on the season. No gym or terrace in the building.

Great apartment, perfect for our family of 4. Great location in Condesa, on a relatively quiet block but close to good restaurants, convenient stores, street food, and the metro. Very walkable to destinations in Roma Norte, and could always get an Uber if needed within minutes. Very secure, door man was friendly if we needed anything. Kitchen was stocked for basics, great to make our picky daughter eggs in the morning before heading out for the day.

Internet was almost non-existent. We had better service from public (city) free internet walking to the end of the block. Also no streaming services worked (even trying to login ourselves) probably because of the internet issues. Not that big of a deal but would have been nice for some downtime.

Great location near Chapultepec Park and metro! Place had everything we needed: laundry, stocked kitchen, fans and heaters, roomy space.

The last night the upstairs neighbors were noisy, but otherwise, great!

Loved the location and spaciousness of the apartment. Two full bedrooms and baths were very comfortable for 3 of us traveling together.

There could have been more kitchen supplies and coffee. There was a coffee maker microwave and toaster but not much else for cooking.

Todo bien con el departamento, me encantó todo. Ideal para una persona o pareja, ya que solo cuenta con un dormitorio. También, tiene todo lo que necesitas durante tu estancia. El personal de vigilancia muy atento y amable.

Si hace mucho calor el departamento no cuenta con clima, solo con un ventilador y esto quizás pueda ser un problema para algunos al dormir.
