Poggio Del Sole

LOVED every part of staying here. Look no further. We were there for a whole week and the staff made us feel like family. Having breakfast on the top deck every morning with the view and watching the sunset every night is so amazing and cannot have a price put on that. Martina and her family helped us with everything from renting scooters to recommending all of the best beaches and places to eat. We can't wait to come back and visit our new family.

Tutto, la cordialità, la vista, l'aria marina il sole ecc, Ottimo panorama con sfaccettature diverse, bella la piscina da usufruire sempre con idromassaggio vicino, la colazione abbondante, il persona gentile e sempre a disposizione, le camere grandi, ottimo il ristorante la rotonda sul mare e il lido. Tutto semplicemente magnifico. Esperienza bellissima!

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for—a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views. Situated on a hill, it offered the perfect spot to watch the sunset. In our eagerness to explore the island, we realized that our hotel was the most beautiful place on the island. Our spacious terrace, surrounded by greenery, was a private haven with a table and sun loungers. It provided a serene, nature-filled escape. The pool area was equally inviting, offering a refreshing alternative to crowded beaches. You could order drinks and relax on the loungers, enjoying the clean and well-maintained pool. The breakfast was very good, offering a variety of fresh fruits—something we truly appreciated. The entire family of hosts was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. After hearing about previous guests' concerns regarding mysterious insect bites, we noticed that they now pay close attention to room hygiene. The linens were impeccably clean and ironed, with no signs of pests. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and I would gladly return.

Screaming American guests with children returning to their rooms at 2 a.m, lacking consideration for other guests. However, this is beyond the hotel's control and simply reflects the behavior of certain individuals.

Never felt more welcomed and looked after then I did at this stay at Poggio Del Sole. Amerigo, Maria and Martina are all so lovely. Helpful beyond description with recommendations, scooter hire, general chats. We had some minor AC issues which Amerigo was always happy to tend to all hours of day and night. He even covered our bus fare when we were leaving because we got caught without coins. Truly the best in the business if you’re looking for something affordable and cheery. If I could rate it higher I would. Love love love! Thank you Amerigo 🥹❤️

Amerigo was an amazing host, he picked us up from the port altough we arrived in separate groups and times. He was in all the details and also offered us to rent motorcycles for moving around the island. He has everything covered! Breakfast was really good and the accommodation is great in general. The views are breathtaking. We had a small issue with the hot water but they were working on it. We look forward to come back!
