De locatie! Echt top. Dicht bij het station en op loopafstand van het centrum, alleen de haven is een stuk lopen. De bedden lagen heerlijk! De eigenaar, Francesco, hebben wij niet gezien, maar het contact was echt boven verwachting goed! Wij waren op reis met een baby van 5 maanden en hadden hierdoor gevraagd of de handdoeken om de dag gewisseld konden worden ipv 1x per 3 dagen. Dit was totaal geen probleem, om de dag werd onze kamer gepoetst en kregen we nieuwe handdoeken. Het contact was echt top!!!

De douche, helaas. De douche was een slowdrain en in dit geval niet te doen langzaam. Je kon geen 3 minuten onder de douche staan zonder dat het water de badkamer inliep. Na elkaar douchen was helemaal geen optie. Dit is helaas het enige maar wel echt storende minpunt anders was het een 10 geweest.

Bardzo ładne mieszkanko na krótki pobyt. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Nie było filiżanek do kawy , szklanek oraz łyżeczek. Zamiast tego papierowe kubki i plastikowe patyczki.

Everything was perfect for both rooms Mykonos and Milos. Rooms are exactly like in the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The apartments are located near the train station, like 10-15 minutes by foot and also near to the city centre where you have a lot of restaurants to choose from. Francesco, the host, was very polite and easy to communicate with and during the entire stay he wrote to make sure that everything was in order and that we didn't miss anything. On the first day, I had water in the minibar (I greatly appreciated it because it was very hot outside and I didn't know the area yet) plus a coffee machine with capsules, tea, sugar, etc. Every morning, around 10 a.m., the cleaning lady came, who was, by the way, very kind.

Maybe the elevator, because it was too small, for 2 people but in rest, everything it was perfect

The flat is located near the La Spezia Centrale, about 10 mins, on a hill so the last 5 mins you have to walk uphill. It's near the centre, shops, restaurants and bus stops. It's new and clean, spacious and comfortable. There was a nice view, window in the room and in the bathroom, too. There was a well working A/C and wi-fi, there was a fridge and a coffee machine. The owner asked if we need cleaning of the room and changing towels after a couple of days too. He was in touch every day, asking if we needed anything. The beds and pillows were fine. The place was great for a stay.
