AUThe staff were amazing and so helpful and caring. Good location very close to the train and few mins walk into town. Comfy bed, coffee machine, clean - everything you expect from a hotel

CAThe owner was pleasant , communication was mediocre for English speaking guests. The walk to the apartment was very steep with luggage and then 3 large flights of stairs in the apartment. The key to the main entrance is pretty antiquated. His restaurant recommendation was great. Beds a bit hard , hips were a little sore. There is room for three to sleep but it is extremely small more a two people facility. Also the coffee was good but we only had coffee for 1 of our three mornings there and there is no close coffee shop. We have travelled the world , thought that was a bit odd. Shower was nice.

CAVery clean, very responsive host. Had elevator for luggage. Fairly close to the train station.
Only one roll of toilet paper. Fairly steep hill to get to the property especially with luggage. Not the host fault though.
LTAUGreat location close to the central shopping and eating area on one side and the train to Cinque Terre on the other side. The host Fra was friendly and very helpful going out of his way to help source parking and providing advice on getting around La Spezia.
