HRThe place is very nice, clean, we are very satisfied with apartment. It's very close to center of the city and train station. Francesco is great host, always available, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend! 😊
UAFrancesco is one of the best guys you can meet he is so helpful and you can literally ask him about anything in the city he will answer you and help you without hesitation! The room wss clean and it located in the center of Spezia anything you want is near to you ( Train station/ stores/ cafes...)

PLfrom the very arrival we were taken care of by the delectable host Francesco. A very helpful, nice man. we enjoyed our stay very much. Very clean apartment, smells new. The bed very comfortable. The air conditioning was super cool. Very good location, close to the train station and the city center. La Spezia surprised us positively, it is a beautiful city. If we were to come back here next time, it would be to this apartment! Grazie mile!❤️
