Hyacinth Apartments - Central Luxury Brighton

Good location. Good size. Responsive owners. Nice decor.

Dirty fridge. Not well equipped (had to call for a fork), no extra bedding, no curtains in one bedroom which was overlooked. WiFi appalling - we could not watch tv the whole time we were there despite the maintenance person trying to fix. This can’t be described as ‘high speed internet connection’ this was completely incorrect unfortunately.

Spacious apartment in great area. Good kitchen facilities. Oven gloves/ tea towels needed. Had one pillow on a double bed and one hand towel, asked owner for some more and they kindly obliged very promptly. Very sparsely decorated and not very homely. Floor in living room dirty and full of trainer prints. Windows dirty. No curtains in one bedroom window my sister had to hang a black bag over it to get privacy at night. No Wardrobes or coat hangers. Wi fi extremely slow, although advertised as high speed. Television unwatchable as kept rebooting due to lack of signal.

Location and period property and owner very helpful when we had an issue with the television

Not clean, broken dishwasher full of smelly dishes, no cutlery, no bowls, no cutlery, no tea, coffee, milk .. no blind:curtains in the back room and only 1 pillow, fridge and draws dirty … generally not clean.

Okay location

Very dirty, carpets not vacuumed, fridge unclean, crumbs in drawers, used tissues left in bathroom, broken toilet seat, terrible check in, we were due to check in at 3pm, received text at 2pm saying we had to wait until 4pm, no communication when we complained. Many other little things, like no bottle opener, or microwave, no bedside tables or lamps to read by, no curtains in second bedroom. Have no right to label this a ‘luxury’ apartment.

The property was as described and in pictures, beautiful apartment in a brilliant location.

The property was well located and decorated really nicely. It was quiet and comfortable

Great location, lovely spacious apartment, spotless. Would recommend.
