Unsympathetic

The thought of short beds. And being sick with no recourse of any cancellation.

Very neat and clean. It was an excellent apartment.

My 2 family members walked me back from their apartment to mine late one night , after 11pm. They spent no more than 5 minutes in my room. I got a stern message from the host immediately insisting on their passport details, and threatening to charge me for that. Whilst I understand the Italian law on this, I feel they could have handled this better. I've been to Italy many times and never experienced this situation. Overall I would not discourage anyone from visiting

The property was safe, secure and relatively comfortable. The bed could be a little higher.

The absence of coffee and tea making facilities was disappointing

The sauna in the room was great

A very very small window up high with no view at all. Stair case is very narrow and steep so heavy luggage was difficult to carry down and up. All correspondence is in Italian so we hope we didn’t do anything wrong.

Location was good for port. But not a lot around. Had to walk a lot to get anything.

Didn’t have phone connection and had trouble with the box. Owner was rude “this is not a full service hotel “…. When he brought key. Then I told him the tub leaked. He said it was how I filled it. lol it was a comfortable stay close to port. But breakfast was a donut. Would not stay again. Not worth the price.

The staff were excellent. We were unable to get a taxi from the train station to the accommodation so we contacted Amos Port-Suite, they went out of their way to help us. We were so grateful for their help. They even helped us with directions to walk to the Cruise terminal's free shuttle bus area. We highly recommend this place due to the friendly staff and the close location to the shuttle area. We wish all the people involved with Amos Port-Suite the very best for the future ❤️
