Un hôtel juste exceptionnel à tout point de vue ! un personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable, serviable, attentionné, souriant Un service impeccable, et une propreté irréprochable ! La nourriture est vaste et d'une grande qualité ! Cet hôtel est un peu comme notre deuxième maison ! À chaque séjour en Tunisie, nous reviendront maintenant toute notre vie exclusivement à celui là :) C'est déjà la 4ème fois que nous revenons ! Nous nous y sentons parfaitement bien Recommandation à 10000000% Merci à tous ! Et merci au grand patron pour son sens de la fidélité et d'humanité !

I booked two nights at the hotel and it was nothing but a huge disappointment. The staff is particularly unprofessional and rude. the room is not in any way equipped for a 5 star hotel, 2 towels per person. When i asked for extra towels i was told that is not possible and i can only exchange! the food does not in any way match the price for the stay, a lot of is simply inedible. The AC did not work for one day, the reception assured me that someone will come fix it no one showed up we tried to use the spa facilities went more than once and there was no one at the reception a huge huge disappointment especially for the price
