The variety and quality of the food and beverages were satisfying in the buffet as ( breakfast / lunch / Dinner ) for a full board experience.

A Very Disappointing Experience, Poor Hygiene, Service, and Hospitality Our recent stay at this hotel was well below expectations and unfortunately, I cannot recommend (normal rooms) for 10 days stay , at all it based on several serious issues we faced. • Lack of Basic Supplies: We repeatedly struggled with the availability of towels. There were no towels in the room upon arrival, and we had to constantly request them often with no response. Calls to housekeeping went unanswered, and the only solution was to walk 10–15 minutes to the reception each time just to get basic necessities. • Unhygienic Room Conditions: The room and bathroom were not properly cleaned, and hygiene standards were clearly neglected. The room was also located right next to what seemed to be the hotel’s electrical or maintenance area, which was infested with cockroaches. We saw them multiple times outside the room, creating a deeply uncomfortable and unsanitary environment. • Full Board Package Disappointment: We booked a full board package, expecting basic amenities such as coffee or tea in the evening but to our surprise, there was no coffee available at all, not even simple black coffee. The juice selection was extremely poor, and they only offered green tea with no mint or alternatives. • Terrible Service on the Rooftop Café: The staff at the rooftop café were unprofessional and unwelcoming, and the overall experience there was terrible. Service was slow, inattentive, and lacked any sense of hospitality.

"Une vraie catastrophe !"

Notre séjour a malheureusement été très décevant. La chambre n’était pas du tout à la hauteur : nous avons trouvé des lézards et des cafards, et un bruit insupportable provenant des extracteurs de la cuisine nous empêchait de nous reposer correctement. L’hygiène et l’entretien doivent clairement être revus, tout comme l’insonorisation. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel tant qu’il n’y a pas une amélioration sérieuse.
