The Barn Studio

Superb location with fine views over the Peak District and very convenient for the Monsal Trail. Beautifully converted barn, comfortable bed, little extras on arrival and friendly, helpful host. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Hosts were really helpful. Property in a great location, clean, good size and with everything you need for a weekend away.

The barn was exceptionally clean. The kitchen had all the utilities we needed. The decor was very cosy, and the location was quiet. It was nice that the tv had BBC iPlayer and Netflix, so we were able to relax and watch Paris olympics in evenings after all-day hikes. We hope to come back again.

Lovely location. The studio had everything I needed and was well presented. There was even a dog welcome box with treats, poo bags and a water bowl etc. Nice seating area out front and great views.

There wasn't anything to dislike. The pillows on the bed were a bit hard for my liking, but everyting else was perfect. The drive and seating at the front was nice, it was on to the road, but the host said to close the gates if I wanted to let my dog off and they would keep it shut when they came in/out which was kind of them.

Beautiful and comfortable converted barn with all the amenities you could want. Very clean and homely. Host was every flexible in meeting us later than the designated check-in time. Little touches such as milk in the fridge and Bakewell tarts made us feel very welcome. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Nothing to be desired. All the comfort you need for a short vacation.
