Beautiful settings. Wonderfully presented in an absolutely fantastic location. So picturesque and scenic. Took our breath away.

Reception wasn’t fantastic as wifi was working sparingly but wasn’t an issue. Still 9/10. Lovely host also. Can’t wait to return.

Lovely and clean, well presented and lots of nice touches to make the stay just a bit more memorable. Good sized apartment for 2-4 people. Fran and her husband were so welcoming and went above and beyond what we expected.

"Just lovely! Better than we'd expected!"

The barn was beautiful and extremely clean. It has everything you need for a peaceful break, in beautiful surroundings. The host was friendly and went above and beyond to make the stay special for my birthday (organised flowers and balloons with my friend as a suprise, setting this up for our arrival). The bed was comfortable, the wifi worked well, the telly had Netflix etc.

There was everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The accommodation was gorgeous, love the features of the window seat and all the wooden beams. The conversion is to a high standard. The location is great - we did a few local walks with our dog which were amazing! Fran was friendly and welcoming. Milk, butter, tea coffee and sugar all for when we arrived which is brilliant! Even some treats for the dog!

Exceptional accommodation with very helpful host. Outstandingly clean. Lovely and warm. Very well equipped. Excellent location to explore the local area and very close to the Monsal Trail. Easy parking immediately outside property. The bed is large and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the milk and cakes waiting for us. Thank you for a lovely stay - we will be back.
