Great location and super value for money

hmmmn bit of a cold shower! No TV.

If you’re booking the small room, keep in mind that some essentials are missing — no hairdryer, kettle or glasses, not even a towel hook, it is literally a bed only. Hot water stopped right in the middle of my shower, though the issue was fixed later that evening. Check-in is a bit odd: you need to send your passport via WhatsApp and pick up the key from a nearby store, then follow a list of steps to enter not talking to anyone. The apartment is well located, but the process could be more straightforward.

Great stay! The room was comfortable, clean and just as described. The location was awesome too. 2 minutes to the Village, Chinatown, Northern Quarter. I would absolutely stay here again.

I been scammed by them , I paid my money and they didn’t let me to stay … and now they refuse to send me my money back, I’m so upset about this

Good stay

- Location - Large room - Cleaned room and facilities - Interesting book collection - Simple and clear communication with the host - Detailed instructions on check-in and check-out

- There was no bed in the large room. A tiny (190 cm long) guest sofa-bed provided was so uncomfortable that I had to move the bedding to the floor where I eventually fell asleep. - The water in the shower was BOILING. No matter how the tap was set, once the boiler started, it became boiling hot and stayed that way. The only way to avoid 1st degree burns was to hold the shower head in the outstretched hand. - Two curtains were missing. As the room was facing the central square with car park lights shining into the windows, the guests have as much privacy as a fish in a bowl on display in a restaurant. Picture attached. - General lack of repairs in the place - broken entrance door, broken furniture, broken curtains. - Very unpleasant smell in the corridor - I held my breath on the way to the bathroom. - Mouldy wall in the bathroom.

I highly recommend staying here. It’s right in the middle of the city center, very close to Piccadilly Station and gardens. Comfy and clean bedroom and bathroom. In my room I could cook and do laundry which was a bonus.

The bed was absolutely horrible. It was a futon bed and the owner could have easily added a Mattress topper or a cheap Mattress. The futon was so uncomfortable that I chose to sleep on the sofa instead
