Stable Cottage, Bishops Castle

Very nice, just as described. Quiet, Cosy and Comfortable in a delightful little town. Lots of nice pubs around. Had a great week there.

Perfect for our need and had all the facilities you could want. Very thoughtful hosts.

This is being very picky and is more of a suggestion, the duvet is very heavy and super warm. A summer duvet as an alternative in the cupboard would be nice.

After staying in single rooms with shared facilities in other locations on my trip it was lovely to have a whole place to myself. It felt like a luxury. The laundry was particularly useful (even though I didn't cook for myself). It was clean and the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. And my host very kindly allowed me to store my luggage until it was time to move on from the village. There was a lovely bottle of wine and fresh roses in the kitchen when I arrived. This gift not lost on a weary traveller. Great location in a beautiful little village.

As I'm not from the UK, having some explicit instructions on the hot water activation cord would have been great! I eventually worked it out but when you're traveling you are often low on mental energy so whatever makes it easier to not have to think is a gift!

Lovely cottage with great facilities. Nice to have flowers, cake wine and, most of all, milk on arrival. Comfortable bed and appreciated having two TVs and a radio available. Although there was no parking on site it was easy to find a space on the street. The town had everything we needed.

Unfortunately because of the thin walls between the properties, we could hear noise from next door and were woken each morning by the neighbours.

Very self-contained, all you need for self-catering - fab!

Excellent property, great location and Liz was brilliant allowing us to check in early and leaving us wine, cake, tea and coffee. We will definitely be back..
