Lovely clean property and in a great location. Accessible facilities close by and all within a walking distance. One staff would always greet with a smile on his face and would aim to fulfil any requests.

Bedroom security was a big downfall for us as the there was issues with locking and unlocking the door. This was raised with staff on multiple occasions and we were told there is no other room available. This left us feeling insecure leaving personal belonging in the room and having to get assistance each time we needed to enter/exit our room. The manager was lovely and recognised there was issues but unfortunately no offer for another room was made available. The manager was kind and offered a late check out by 2pm on the last day but due to miscommunication between Riad staffing, Mo asked us to leave by 12pm due to room cleaning. Communication just needs to be made clearer within the Riad staffing. Along with being honest around the room locks/faults, as another occupant had shared they were offered the same room a few days ago and when they complained they got given another room. There needs to be an option of paying at the property as I would not have paid that price after what I experienced!

Está muy pero muy descuidado las instalaciones no se parecen en nada a lo que se ve en las fotos. Se nota que era muy bonito antes ahora es muy feo descuidado y la suciedad no ayuda con cucarachas que encontramos en las habitaciones

Das Riad ist insgesamt schön und hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Personal war freundlich und die Lage ist gut. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich in Ordnung und geschmacklich gut. Allerdings waren die Wartezeiten bis zur Bedienung bzw. bis das Frühstück vollständig serviert wurde oft recht lang, was insbesondere am Morgen etwas mühsam war.

Leider war die Sauberkeit während unseres 7-tägigen Aufenthalts nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Böden hätten deutlich gründlicher gereinigt werden können; regelmäßiges Staubsaugen und anschließendes feuchtes Wischen wären wünschenswert gewesen. Im Badezimmer waren häufig Zahnpastareste im Waschbecken zu sehen, und der Spiegel war meist mit Wasserflecken bedeckt. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit der Bettwäsche. Nachdem die Windel meines Kindes ausgelaufen war und die Bettwäsche nach Urin roch, habe ich deutlich darauf hingewiesen, dass die Bettwäsche gewechselt werden sollte. Trotz dieses Hinweises wurde sie nicht ausgetauscht, sodass wir noch fünf Tage auf derselben Bettwäsche schlafen mussten. Das empfand ich als sehr unangenehm und nicht akzeptabel. Zudem fanden wir fast täglich Kakerlaken im Zimmer bzw. auf dem Boden, die ich teilweise selbst beseitigen musste. Dies hat den Aufenthalt zusätzlich beeinträchtigt und wirft Fragen hinsichtlich der Hygiene und Schädlingsbekämpfung auf. Auch der Poolbereich machte leider keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Der Pool wirkte während unseres Aufenthalts ungepflegt, weshalb wir ihn kaum genutzt haben.
