Awfull breakfast Worst the bathroom: Not hot water, only a little bit warm Not enough water pressure Rust on the taps.... No value for money

Location was good for the Al Mouj area without paying Al Mouj prices.

Food was basic but prepared well, and was value for money.

I don’t know from where to start. We arrived around almost 11 pm, and our bad experience started from the reception. very unwelcoming staff gave us the keys. They located us next to very loud loud room (people were hosting a party in the room) and the room was not clean and I mean it not clean. so, we called them and asked to change the room, and we were moved to a room in the same floor. The second room smelled like Pee I’m not exaggerating it did smell like a pee Then, we asked them to move to the 3rd room as refund was not an option. the 3rd room was not not clean as well and the bathroom was not clean. Even the walls were not clean!!!!’ we were so tired to the point we decided to sleep praying nothing will happen to us next day, we decided to take a look at the breakfast to give a complete feedback. the buffet was literally indescribable. cold food, unwelcoming staff, frustrated chef and the list goes on and on and on Truly the worst experience and I can’t believe this is a hotel that Booking.com accepts to have in their list

New property. Close to Al Mouj, good prices

Location is very close to the marina and airport. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Very flexibel with check-in and check-out. Would recommend.

The road to the hotel is a bit unclear for taxi's, but they seem to know it.

we have choise this hotel for the position to get the harbour early in the morning following to visit the islands . Nice solution and kind staff.

A lot of Chinese series everywhere in the hotel.

Location close to Airport

Housekeeping isn't done correctly. Breakfast food is only Chinese type that is not kind continental .others customers aren't obliged to take only Chinese food. Complaints & Recommendations are not taken in consideration by Hotel Management team.
