Brand new hotel, good breakfast and location.

Not super easy access.

Good location and clean

The location is very accessible, price is affordable. Staff at reception esp Jeffrey and 2 ladies were very accommodating.

Although the property is new, the cleanliness of the room should pay more attention. The walls were still with stains, the bathroom tiles were not properly cleaned, the coffee mugs were dirty with dried water spots. Housekeeping should do much better. The breakfast buffet should have more servings.

The staff was friendly and the room comfotable.

The hotel is in the middle of a bare dirtfield. The roof terrace is also bare with no chairs or tables, restaurant is expensive and the central a/c very noisy during the night

Cleanliness, Eagerness of the team to help and support, excellent location infront of my assignment, and near the client I was visiting. Pricing is adequate, also very fresh and new building, feel like a first visitor/user.

The language barrier, the staff (except the frontdest) are not good in neither English nor Arabic. (Mostly Hindi, Urdu, and Bangali) The TV channels were not working (only 10 channels out of 31). The Wi-Fi was disconnecting in my room from time to time (not reliable) They Breakfast - it seems the management are trying to attract Asian clients (Chinese Mainly, and Far Easterns), and also do not want to lose the Middle Eastern, and International Travelers. And this makes the breakfast cuisine too inconvenient to any of the visitors. (Neither completely matching this culture nor this). If you are an international traveler take the room without breakfast, and get breakfast from another place. A bit tricky on maps. Not easy to access to first time visitors. (bumpy special unpaved road, with no entrance signs) The usage of White color on the room walls are not convenient for a night sleep (very alerting - psychologically not very soothing / comforting)
