Such fantastic value - amazing room, quiet location just a 10-15 minute walk (predominantly riverside) to Pub Street etc. Huge balcony William, the host - lovely guy, did so much to help and gave useful advice

Really beautiful newly renovated property and amazing value. We booked the twin room with bath and it was huge, a separate toilet and bathroom and additional separate seating area. Very clean. William is a brilliant host, very welcoming and helpful. Super easy to rent bikes at the property so you can leave first thing for Angkor Wat sunrise.

The space of the room is like the apartment big room with a private balcony.

Would highly recommend! The owner William is very welcoming and helpful, he has great knowledge of the local area and was very helpful with booking tours. Room was spacious mordern and clean with lovely balcony. Great location just a 15 minute walk from Pub Street. We can't thank William enough for making our experience in Siem reap very enjoyable

Room 2A wifi was always disconnected, but i think it's because hotel just opened.

Impecable new place, very good value, had an apartment to myself with balcony and I presume in the future maybe a kitchenette, tho at present no utensils yet.. very recommendable.
