San Damiano Inn

We recently stayed at this apartment and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was impeccably clean and equipped with all the necessities one might need for a comfortable stay. Even has a small breakfast available. Just 10-15 minutes from the city center. One thing to be mindful of is that the apartment has stairs, which might be a consideration for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. However, if stairs aren't a concern for you, I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, convenience, and overall comfort.

The location is good, to the autobus and train station it is a walk of half hour. It is an old little house, well a cottage, in a typical district, near a place where the neighborhood daily meets: that is very interesting. Also on the side of that place there is a recommendable - good and cheap - restaurant or trattoria. The cottage is completely modernized and closed to the neighbour ' s houses/ cottages. Inside, absolutely good furnished with all the necessary and much more, with coffe, teas, breakfast, bottles of water, etc... The kitchen is almost closed, so it is fresh, pleasant temperature. Iin the bathroom there are offered many products. WiFi very good.

the cottage is directly on the street and due to the house's density a bit noise from traffic and neighborhood. And down in the kitchen the window has to stay closed, but it is fresh. Entry, stairsway to the top and shower cabin not very easy for fat persons.

Everything in the house itself was fine. Most of what you'd need was there. Good coffee. Room comfortable, everything works. Location is walking distance from the center.

Sleeping is a big challenge because you can literally hear EVERYTHING going on outside. Add to that the fact that the neighbors feel the need to scream and shout until way after midnight + cars and motorcycles racing through the street and you have a recipe for sleepless nights.

the staff is very nice, the coffee is very delicious and the accommodation is also very spacious. well-equipped apartman.

it's noisy, the neighbors ride motorbikes in front of the house day and night and they keep yelling, the doors and windows are made from iron, so there is no sound insulation

I loved that the host was very communicative and welcomed us on the arrival. He showed us arround and helped us with tips even. Also he was very responsive via text for everything we needed. He is such a great guy! Also the location was good. Walkable distance to pretty much everything, even the beach if you’re not an amateur.

This doesn’t have anything to do with the place itself, but sometimes you could hear people from the street throughout the night. We also heard a lot of fireworks but we were there during a major festival so it was only natural. Ultimately it was okay. Italians are loud generally hahaha.

The host was very kind, he even bought us breakfast. The apartment has everything you need, it is close to the center. All recommendations!

A wonderful apartment. The house has everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Comfy bed. The city center is a 15-minute walk

Tricky experience. The owner does not speak English (he texted me only in Italian). We warned him about the check-in time, but he was 20 minutes late. And without explaining anything about the apartment just gave us the keys from the window of his car. Unfortunately, during my stay there, I got sick and didn't feel well. I asked which hospitals I could go to for help. But the host only replied to me, "you need to go to the hospital and to the pharmacy.". In Italian. Thanks, I already knew that. There was no blanket - it was cold at night in November and it would be nice to have it
