Audley End Farm

We have been coming to this property for a while now, and it is one of our favorite places to go to. It has everything you could need. An added bonus this time around, we got engaged on the property, by the deck overlooking the bass dam :). Always loved this place, but now love it even more. Highly recommended!

Not a big deal, but, it would be nice if the rooms were serviced during the stay. However, not the end of the world :)

An awesome stay. My second time back and would definitely go back again. Its awesome with friends and awesome with family. We stayed in the cottage on the dam, and so we had awesome fishing opportunities without having to go far. Even the walk up to the top damn was so convenient. Highly recommend. There is no cell signal at the cottages which is no problem at all for us, but something other people should know. However, the wifi in the cottages works perfectly and so the cell signal is not an issue at all.

Lovely location right on the pond. Quiet and private, with all the necessary things that one would need for a cosy trip away.

The main tap in the kitchen was a little bit loose which made operating it a tiny bit difficult.

It was amazing. Such a beautiful location. The unit we stayed in was like a little cosy dolls house on the dam. We had everything we needed. We will defitely be going back.

There was nothing not to like.

The views were amazing. It was secluded and just what one needs to unplug from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It was so cold. Uncomfortably so. We couldn’t start a fire for hours in the fireplace. There was no blitz, nothing to make the wood smaller, no newspaper, the lighter wasn’t working. We asked for assistance and were met with resistance/ unhelpfulness. We didn’t even know how to start a fire. WiFi in our room wasn’t working. Had to use the next rooms and it was sooooo slow. Overall help with starting the fire would be so great. Maybe some electric blankets or heaters in the rooms.
