Ensueño de Fuga

I had a lovely room with a bed facing a balcony. There was a separate balcony with seating, perfect for reading. Breakfast was wonderful. And, I especially enjoyed the pool. A perfect temperature for swimming laps at any time. The staff were helpful and friendly. I parked my car right outside, with easy access to luggage which they young man carried to my room. There are some steps up and down from different areas, but they are very easy to navigate. I look forward to staying here again! Some rooms do not have A/C, but the smaller suites do. I would have been fine in a room without A/C because of ceiling fans and a nice breeze. Still, I am glad I had A/C. Late checkout afforded me time in the pool and a leisurely breakfast.

Es un lugar maravilloso, el hotel es precioso y a pocos metros de la playa, la piscina muy agradable y la puesta de sol es maravillosa. Además de todo esto, como si no fuera poco, el personal es increíble, todo el equipo. Son atentos, eficaces, colaboradores… te ayudan con todo lo que necesites y lo ponen todo tan fácil. Espero volver pronto. Es sin lugar a duda un sueño

Le personnel, l’emplacement et le service extraordinaire que nous avons eu. Les croissants maison et le petit déjeuner est super!!!

La piscine ne pas de marche donc difficile d’accès. Beaucoup de marches. L’air climatisé ne fonctionne pas fort donc il fait très chaud pour dormir.

Everything is okay!!

An outstanding find. Raul is very hospitable. We missed the French breakfast and that’s the only regret. Beautiful clean pool. Lovely large room with a massive balcony with a hammock- nice touch! Close to Playa Ropa and the Thompson Hotel (spa), walk to coffee shops, Mexican and Italian dining options. LOVELY.

Place was great! Very comfortable rooms and nice views.

Beautiful property. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. The only thing that was bothersome was the neighboring room's dog, which barked when they were out. (Dog owners know that their dogs do this so WHY do they take them to a hotel to then leave them there to annoy others when they are not there??). Either take them with them out, or do not bring them on vacation to leave alone in a hotel room.

La atención, el equipo de personal muy atentos y dispuestos. El desayuno continental vale la pena. Y la comida del chef Cristian.
