This place is awesome !!! Super clean , convenient location , walk distance to the beach , super friendly staff and the most important for us,., they accepted our furry babies Raul super helpful and Paula prepared delicious breakfast Overall this place 100% recommended

Solo queríamos descansar con el sonido de las olas y recibir un poco de calor y lo conseguimos; el personal es fabuloso y la privacidad de las habitaciones. Nosotros viajamos con mascota y fue muy bien tratada y cuidada. La playa más cercana no tiene acceso para mascotas, pero no fue limitante, la playa más cercana donde si, estaba a menos de 10 minutos. Gracias por las atenciones.

We stayed for one night, waiting to go to our resort and it was very nice. The old world charm of Mexico is definitely obvious here. But don’t let that fool you they’re very up on technology. I will definitely stay here next time. I have to come in early due to a flight. Raul was an exceptional host taken care of our every need and all of our luggage.

Excelente fin de semana, el personal muy amable y atento, el desayuno muy rico, las habitaciones limpias, la ubicación excelente. La vista del hotel es muy bonita, sin duda regresaría nuevamente.

What a surprise was this property. Beautiful rooms and the hotel itself feels very Mexican. The service is amazing, everyone is super friendly and whatever you ask for they will accommodate for. Stay here with confidence, you won’t regret, we will be back!

Initially, I was nervous to book because the hotel is new and didn’t have many reviews. So pleased. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with nine unique rooms. The Neptuno room had a wonderful view of the pool and the ocean, and a large bathroom with two separate sinks. The hotel is a five minute walk down a hill to the beach. The pool was a perfect escape from the heat, the staff was so kind, homemade jams and breads served every morning, and major ocean views. As a solo traveler the staff took care of me and made sure I felt comfortable. I had the chance to use a day pass at the 5-star resort that is a block away, and the experience was totally unimpressive in comparison. Slow service, dirty pool, waiters trying to steal your change…no thanks. Corny, but I can say that Ensueño lives up to its name. It’s luxurious, but not a big hotel with resort vibes, a gym and all that…it’s truly a special place.

I wish breakfast was included in the price because it was a little expensive as an extra. Also hope they add lunch or dinner soon.

Thank you so much to all the staff they try to make my state super comfortable! I will love it if the hotel can be updated! No with does scary statue all around the hotel ! It can be better with little money! Nice pool!!! No restaurant only breakfast! Ty so much Elena
