Perfect location and host

Slight lack of privacy early morning

Exceptional clean ,lovely friendly host. Central location for town.

Very comfortable, spotlessly clean room, very friendly and helpful hostess. A lovely garden with outside seating and a view.

BUT!! There was no mention in the description of the 19 garden steps needed to get to the room. It would also have been helpful if we'd been told that tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar and milk were supplied, as were soaps, shampoos and shower gels. It would have saved us bringing as much stuff. An extra small table would be useful.

The host met us on arrival, the accommodation was as described and the host gave us a walk through the facilities available. Although no kitchen, their was a fridge with milk, water and a microwave should you have wanted to use it. The room had everything you need and the host had provided everything you would get in a hotel room so biscuits, tea, coffee, toiletries, etc. Real added bonus to have parking and be so centrally located in Woodbridge.

There was not anything that I didn't like but would say, that if you have mobility issues, then this property may not be ideal for you as parking is on a slope, there are steps up to the property and wherever you walk, it is hilly.

Lovely room, impeccably clean and well maintained.

Very comfortable and clean accommodation, which was close to the High Street with pubs and cafes nearby. Very tastefully decorated with friendly owners. Pleasant outside seating area and garden with private parking.
