"We had a great stay and would go back."

Very clean and comfortable. Lovely location in the back garden of a market-square house. There are at least 3 pubs and 2 cafes within 5 mins walking and many more in the town centre 10 mins away. We walked to Sutton Hoo and back on one day and visited the replica ship on the next.

We had good weather and could eat and relax on the patio but if it had rained, eating indoors would have been tricky.

"Wish we had another day or 2 to spend locally."

Great location for exploring Woodbridge and nearby Sutton Hoo. Easy communication with host who was always helpful, friendly and told us much about local history including her own house. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Studio type accommodation as described. Lovely natural type of garden, outdoor seating area for guest use

"Perfect location for our needs"

Excellent location, right in the centre of Woodbridge, in the garden of a house originally built in 1380, not something you find every day. The garden building was spotlessly clean and very cosy in spite of the bitter Easterly wind blowing at the time. The host is excellent, friendly and informative, and goes that extra mile to make the stay as good as possible.

"Very nice cosy location, great views and close to everything in Woodbridge, off street parking."

The location was great. The room was cosy. The owner was very friendly and informative with the added bonus of some lovely cats being looked after in the the cattery in the garden.
