My partner and I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Hibis and we cannot praise the hotel enough, especially due to the outstanding service provided by Vikram, David and Prabhu. We initially planned to stay for 1 day and ended up staying for 4 days and will 1000% return here on our next trip to vellore. Service: From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The check-in process was seamless, the staff was eager to help and attentive throughout our stay. The superstar of Hibis - Vikram went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed right from arranging transportation for our tour in Vellore, customized spa experiences, catering to every adhoc requirements we had upto helping us our on his days off from work to translate and relay instructions to our driver when we were stranded on our way back to another state in India. Special shout out to David who was a downright angel, quick to assist with our luggage and ensured we were settled in comfortably. Single handledly and with a big contagious smile on his face moved our belongings from one room to another to make our experience and view was more fresh and varied over our 4 day stay. He refused to let us lift a finger for anything, will always remember how hospitable he is. I would like to extend a big thank you to Prabhu for sitting with me to customize a menue with the chef and put together a special dinner arrangement with decorations and custom made seating just for the 2 of us within 2 hours of my request. You made my vision happen even though it's something that the hotel doesn't offer yet. The hotel: Our rooms were clean, spacious, hygienic and the view from our rooms was totally insta worthy (be sure to watch the gorgeous sunset right from the balcony).

The spa services need a lot of improvement, at the moment it is just oil being rubbed in a general direction.
