Food is a bit on the costlier side

Ambience of the hotel, the way it is maintained is appreciable. Hotel staff was helpful too.

Location of the hotel is a bit far from the city. They didn't refill water daily & charged me extra for that. One suggestion, two pair of sleepers must be provided in the room.

1. The in room dining menu and food were excellent. 2. The place itself looks lovely and is well maintained. 3. Quiet and peaceful area, although 45 minutes from Vellore town.

1. The landline number listed on their website does not work. It's dead. The same is the situation for at least one other branch of this property. 2. The WiFi in our room was not working. Despite telling them for 2 days in a row, it never worked properly while we were there. 3. We had an extra cot in one of our rooms, Despite telling them several times to remove it, they did nothing. In the end, I folded it up and pushed it into a corner of the room. 4. Housekeeping was lacking. The only thing they did was make the bed and replace the towels in the bathroom. The dustbins were not emptied. 5. The staff was non-communicative to my complaints. All they kept saying was "Sorry"!

The breakfast is average with a minimal menu. The location is good.

The car parking area should be made with interlock to avoid the mud and sand in the rainy season. The staff should have to practice for a smiley face. The swimming pool maintenance should be done early in the morning to prevent the guests from utilizing the pool at their convenience. Most importantly, the previous night's food service to the guests' room should be collected and cleaned from their doorsteps as early as possible to avoid the birds stepping in and creating a messy environment from the leftovers. The main entrance of the property does not give a pleasant feel for the guests as if we are entering an abandoned property.
