Sands Beach Villa Flic en Flac

Mike ist ein zuvorkommender und liebevoller Vermieter, der sich kümmert und immer ansprechbar ist, einfach toll. Die Villa liegt wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt, der Strand ist über einen gesicherten Weg erreichbar. Der angrenzende Strand gehört zu einem exklusiven Resort. Die Nutzung des Strandes ist eingeschränkt. Die Villa liegt "abgelegen" von Gastronomie und dem eigentlichen Pubilc Beach von Flic en Flac. Kein Verkehrslärm, kein Partylärm oder sonstige Lärmeinflüsse, sehr ruhig. Die 3 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit vernünftigen Matratzen, auf denen man gut liegen/schlafen kann. Ein separates WC und eine separate Dusche im Erdgeschoss. Im OG steht zusätzlich ein Dusch/WC zur Verfügung.

Das Ergeschoss könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Auch das Mobiliar (Stoffbezug Sofa, Kissen und Stühle) hat schon einige Gäste hinter sich und könnte eine Auffrischung gut vertragen. Die Duschzelle im EG ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Fliesenboden in der Dusche im OG benötigt eine rauhere Oberfläche, da bei Nutzung sehr rutschig/glitschig. Die Terrasse zum Garten könnte etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit ab, ist aber Geschmacksache. Sie ist ruhig gelegen!! Die Villa liegt abgelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Gastronomie und Restaurants sind zu Fuß eine Herausforderung.

The host michael met us at property and personalised our arrival with friendly welcoming chat and info. Property was clean and comfortably equipped. Location is superb. Magnificent beach only metres from back terrace. Highly recommend

Spacious house situated about a 100 meters from a beautiful beach. Michael was a fine host. Informative, helpful and quick to respond.

The house is situated next to a forest and the proximity means that there are many mosquitoes. Except for expensive restaurants in 4 and 5 star resorts you have to drive 3-4 kilometers to find restaurants.

We absolutely LOVED our time in Sands Beach Villa. The villa itself is spacious and cosy, and all the rooms are equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Our favourite thing was probably the location of the villa, as it's in a safe, quiet area, surrounded by nature and right next to a gorgeous beach (which can be accessed from the garden, through a private gate entrance!). Michael (the owner) is a great man who really made us feel taken care of and welcome. 10/10 stay!

Amazing villa with direct access to the beach. It is situated at the end of a road, so the direct neighbour of the villa is nature. It is quite and calm, ideal place to relax and enjoy the ocean and a nice walk in the nature. The villa is fully equipped there is really everything that you might need during your stay (e.g. Vape against the mosquitos, AC adapter for European plugs, snorkelling equipment, etc.) And the host, Michael is a nice person and helps you during the stay anytime you need.
