A short tuc tuc away from the more lively lovely unawatana street to beach one way and anhangma the other. Next to the amazing beach front restaurant shanti shanti. 40 mins from beautiful Mirissa and 15 minutes from Galle. Loved the amazing sea view from room and sound of the sea. Perfect stay. Great breakfast.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a stunning ocean view. The breakfast was great. Would stay again!

Nice welcoming in the beginning, the only thing before nightmare started. Nice view from the balcony which is only worth a picture

worms in the food. Are they cooking the rice and keeping it for weeks to serve it to the guests? The hotel is kind of new but there are already bugs (not bed bugs) in the bed? Cacaroach inside the room? 3 days stay and 1.5 days no electricity, such hotel needs a generator?! This hotel wants quite a lot of money but no service for it? I payed for what finally? To just have a bed? We didn’t eat there anymore at all which us understandble (free breakfast didn’t use) All this issues but no one is taking responsability for it? Manager is smiling with everyone but doesnt feel responsible for anything? Just to make fake impression that the hotel is professionel? I hope there are no more people got food poisining there as I am sure that they won’t throw their fish and meats aways after hours without electric. There is not too much choice around to eat somwhere else and if so than only expensive and not delicious, needs to go to Unawatuna each time. Please if you read this review don’t book this hotel! Not worth it! A holiday is suppose to be relaxing and nice and this hotel is definetly going to break your mood for your holiday

The room is so spacious including the comfy bed. Beach front hotel where the beach is so stunning.

The room did not have a tv and that was a drawback for me! Otherwise wonderful stay but a bit overpriced

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were exceptionally kind and always greeted me with a smile, which made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily, with the air conditioning providing much-needed relief. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety, served by a team that genuinely cared about making guests happy. Overall, I appreciated the effort the hotel staff put into ensuring a good stay. I’d definitely return, especially to see the enhancements they plan to make in the future.

Great location , clean , lovely staff and Bernard the general manager was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble ,
