Nobody take care look like abandoned

Bungalows are set in a garden with many trees rather well apart from each other.Comfortable bed.Walking distance to the nearest beach.The staff were quick to resolve some failings with the room when I called the reception.

Not well maintaned,especially bathroom neglected (rusty elements,cupboard falling apart,walls didn't look clean).Kettle was dirty,did get a new one upon request.Staff is at the resort,you must call them (thai phone number,no chat or such).A cash deposit was requiered,very unusual,and got no receipt for it.No mosquito net in any window so couldn't ventilate,the room felt suffocating (especially before I noticed the person at check-in had put AC on fan only mode).The nearest beach is of darker and coarser sand than many others on the island,and full of resorts.Few places to eat within reasonable walking distance.
