Måten vi ble tatt imot på og krevd ekstra penger uten at det var oppgitt på forhånd. Dårlig oppfølging av ting som skulle fikses som lys. Dårlig lukt i kjøleskap,

We found the location superb and central to everything we needed.

When we arrived we were asked for extra money for the host to come as it was late afternoon and we had to wait for the host to deliver the key even though our booking was open from 3.00pm until 12.00 am that night. Also we were told the wifi had not been and was not working. After our host left we had to find a way to turn on the hot water service. The sofa bed was not prepared but the sheets that were left on the bed were lovely and clean. Unfortunately there was not a kettle toaster or microwave, only a bench top electric plate. There was only one coffee mug and no wash cloth or tea towel.
